When you visit our website and use our waitlist form, the following data is processed:

2.1 Form Data (Waitlist)

When you sign up, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Company name
• Role / position (optional)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

On each page visit, the following data is automatically collected:

• IP address (anonymized)

2.3 Marketing and Tracking Data

We store campaign parameters to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities:

• UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term)

3.3 Server-Side Tracking (Conversions API)

When you submit the waitlist form, hashed user data (email address, name) is sent server-side to Meta (Conversions API) and TikTok (Events API) to enable advertising campaign attribution. This transmission occurs independently of browser cookies through the respective platform's server-side API.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in effective advertising measurement).
